• You will get 100% refund if cancellation time is within the allowed time ( 2 hours after placing your order) without any fee ( The customer has not downloaded the attached file )
• The order can not be fully refunded if the cancellation request is sent after 2 hours or the customer ordered the wrong product.

• Adjustment might be charged an additional amount which depends on the type of adjustment
