Shipping Destinations & Carriers: Ecomfusiontech  offers shipping services to all destinations across the United States and its territories, utilizing reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Local Post. Please be aware that potential delays might arise for regions beyond the continental United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is produced and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send you an email with your tracking number(s) for confirmation. Please allow around 5-7 business days for tracking details to show updates. If there’s no progress within 10 business days, please contact cs@ecomfusiontech.com or visit our Track Order page for help.

Shipping Delays: Estimated delivery times are approximate and could be extended due to factors such as incorrect addresses, customs procedures, high-demand periods, promotional sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damages & Lost/Stolen Orders: Ecomfusiontech is ready to replace damaged items (please contact us within 3 business days with proof). However, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are stolen after being confirmed as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of both shipping and billing addresses. If there are any misspellings or address inaccuracies, please rectify them promptly. Contact us immediately for corrections. If items have already been shipped, a refund will only be initiated upon receiving the returned items.
